Digital Marketing Senior Account/Operations Manager (Cebu Office)

We are hiring a digital marketing senior account manager / operations manager for our Cebu office.

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Account / Operations Manager to join our Cebu-based team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing operations, with a strong understanding of SEO, WordPress Website Development and Management, media buying (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads), and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and the team to ensure the smooth running of digital marketing services.
Able to design and develop WordPress websites for our clients.
Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including SEO and paid media. Training can be provided but a basic understanding would be required.
Utilise Google Search Console and Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
Implement and manage CRM systems, automations, and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. Account managers, website developers and designers, content creators.
You would need to have a grasp on all facets of digital marketing skills
Desirable Skills:

Experience in graphic design.
Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and website design/maintenance.
GoHighlevel CRM experience and skills
Qualifications:

Experience in digital marketing operations - training will be provided
Background in SEO, media buying, and digital marketing tools - training will be provided.
Familiarity with CRM systems, automations, and workflow management.
Familiarity with WordPress website development, and basic HTML & CSS
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
