Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Assistant, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor to create high-impact marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads,
- Oversee SEO strategy & content marketing to drive organic traffic.
- Track & analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
- Manage
- Lead A/B testing & data-driven optimizations to improve marketing performance.
- Collaborate with designers & video editors to create compelling ad creatives.

Required Technical Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, and SEO.
- Expertise in Google Ads,
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience with
- Familiarity with landing page tools (Unbounce, ClickFunnels, or WordPress).
Desired (But Not Required) Skills
- Experience with Google Analytics & conversion tracking.
- Understanding of CRM & marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of copywriting for high-converting ads & landing pages.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday).
- Flexible hours (results-based work).
