Digital Marketing Manager & Virtual Assistant

The job is listed here as part time for 20 hours for now but it will full time within a month or so and pay will increase overtime. I am also generous with performance based bonuses.

**Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager & Virtual Assistant**

**Overview:**

Seeking an experienced digital marketing manager and virtual assistant to support our digital marketing agency with website development, advertising, and administrative tasks. Primary focus will be on managing digital marketing campaigns, while also handling various virtual assistant duties including grant applications, email communications, and general administrative work.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and can work independently with minimal supervision. We highly value trustworthiness and integrity, as this role requires handling sensitive information such as account credentials and accurate time reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Primary Focus - Digital Marketing:**
- Develop and optimize e-commerce customer acquisition channels and websites (using Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace etc.)
- Or design and enhance sales funnels (landing pages, checkout flows, etc.)
- Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok)
- Execute organic marketing and SEO strategies (content creation, local SEO, search rankings)
- Drive lead generation and optimize conversion rates, AOV, LTV, etc.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research using the internet and various resources
- **Secondary Tasks - General Virtual Assistance:**
- Native-level English fluency required (including clear verbal communication)
- Research and prepare compelling applications for grants and funding opportunities
- Manage professional email communications
- Handle diverse tasks requiring adaptability and efficient problem-solving
- Competent at using Chatgpt as a resource to expedite workflow**

**What We're Looking For:**

- **Skills & Experience:**
- **Proven track record in digital marketing, sales, and e-commerce**
- Ideally skilled at “crafting an offer” and “generating leads”
- If you have read Alex hormozi books “100M offers” and “100M leads” that would be a big plus
- Demonstrated success in managing paid or organic marketing
- **Excellence in professional English communication (verbal and written)**
- Strong research skills with ability to present findings clearly and concisely
