We are looking for a Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring outstanding performance and ROI.

About the Role
As a Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Audience Network). You will collaborate with our creative, analytics, and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns tailored to client objectives.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute Google Ads & Facebook Ads strategies to optimize conversion rates and ROI.

Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.

Continuously refine bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives to improve performance.

Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversions.

Utilize Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Looker Studio to track performance and refine strategies.

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads & Facebook Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Manage six-figure advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and performance optimization.

Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable success.

Strong expertise in Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.

Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and GTM.

Experience in conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.

Knowledge of Google & Meta Ads compliance policies and remarketing strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively with creative, content, and technical teams.

Experience managing high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing.

Preferred Skills
Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools.

Knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis.

Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
