As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and help grow our digital marketing team, driving excellence in digital strategy and execution.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be data-driven, and possess the ability to build and implement effective digital marketing programs that align with our clients' goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Meta Ads, X/Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other OTT marketing platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, including bid adjustments, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Manage and optimize Google My Business, Bing Places, and Apple Business listings for clients.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics software to track performance, analyze data, and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Implement and oversee geofencing strategies to enhance local advertising efforts.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform digital advertising strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates, applying best practices to campaigns.
- Create detailed reports outlining campaign performance, spend, and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and the Social Media Strategist, to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
- Identify opportunities for new digital marketing strategies and innovations to enhance client success.
- Participate in phone calls with clients to explain digital advertising campaigns and performance, and to receive feedback from clients.
- Develop, manage, and analyze Mailchimp email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Prepare creative assets for digital ad campaigns, with a focus on graphic design.
- Implement and manage retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

'*** Important note: This role may, at times, also require administrative tasks such as list building, etc. This role may also expand as we grow and could come with additional compensation based on performance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- MUST be available to work 9am to 2pm EST Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Proficient in English
- Must be proficient in English to answer and respond to questions from our team and clients
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Strong knowledge of geofencing and OTT marketing strategies.
- Experience with Google My Business, Bing Places, and Apple Business listings.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not required).
