JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in social media management, research & script development, website development, video editing, and advanced GoHighLevel automation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in credit repair, business funding, or real estate, with the ability to create engaging content, optimize automation workflows, and drive digital growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
-Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
-Manage daily posts, stories, reels, and community engagement.
-Analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies for audience growth.

2. Research, Script Development & Video Editing:
-Conduct in-depth research on credit repair, business funding, and real estate to create accurate and educational content.
-Write compelling scripts for social media content, marketing videos, and educational material.
-Edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, and website content (Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

3. Website Development & GoHighLevel Automation:
-Build and maintain high-converting websites and landing pages.
-Set up and manage sales funnels, email campaigns, and automation workflows in GoHighLevel.
-Optimize website functionality, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and audience growth.
-Strong research and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft persuasive scripts.
-Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
-Website development experience (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
-Advanced experience using GoHighLevel for automation, CRM, and marketing workflows.
-Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
-Background knowledge of credit repair, business funding, or real estate is a must.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
-Experience with paid advertising (Facebook & Instagram ads).
-Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
-Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
