Salary: 12,500 up to 20,000 PHP per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for undertaking marketing tasks to assist the Director. The ideal candidate is tech savvy and can communicate well in English.
You will also be required to work EXCLUSIVELY for our firm.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Communicate ideas and opinions well and respectfully with the Director and the rest of the team
Strong copywriting skills for blog articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
Basic graphic skills would be an advantage (Canva and Figma),
Use of task tracking tools
Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
Collaborate with team members to optimise automation as well as the lead-nurturing process using email, content, events, and other social channels.
Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications and Experience - Preferable but Not Compulsory
Canva and Figma
Surfer SEO
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Computer skills and knowledge of office software
Polished presentation and impeccable client service skills

Performance Appraisals:
You will have a 6 monthly performance review, identifying your strengths and area for improvement. Salary will be formally reviewed annually along with the opportunity for you to provide feedback to improve your position and the firm.
