As our CEO, Ryan Adkins, I expect this role to deliver immediate, strategic insights with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Media Buying:
Develop and execute high-impact media buying strategies that maximize ROI.
Optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms using advanced targeting and bidding strategies.
Advanced Automation & Analytics:
Design and deploy sophisticated automation workflows to streamline campaign management.
Implement comprehensive tracking systems and dashboards to provide real-time insights on campaign performance.
Leverage analytics to continuously refine strategies and deliver actionable recommendations.
KPI Development & Reporting:
Identify and track key performance indicators critical to media buying success.
Build robust reporting frameworks that offer clear, concise, and actionable data insights.
Leadership & Independent Execution:
Operate autonomously as a leader in the media buying and analytics space, setting the strategic direction without extensive hand-holding.
Mentor and guide teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on best practices in media buying, automation, and analytics.
Collaborate directly with executive leadership to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in media buying with a proven track record of driving campaign success.
Expertise in advanced automation systems and digital analytics platforms.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and set strategic direction.
Proficient in identifying, implementing, and optimizing critical KPIs for marketing performance.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to build actionable, real-time dashboards and reporting systems.
Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
