JOB OVERVIEW

**Responsibilities for Digital Content & Engagement Coordinator**

1. **SEO & Website Optimization**
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Reach out to past clients for Google reviews.

2. **Social Media Management**
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain an engaging and consistent online presence.
- Create, schedule, and post content, including photography, carousels, and reels.
- Produce and edit **Reels/Stories**:
- Brand Highlights (highlighting local business and personal brands).
- Behind the Scenes (photoshoots, creative process, team workflow).
- Brand Education & Strategy.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure all posts align with brand identity.
- **Post a daily brand inspiration** on IG/FB to showcase the potential of a full branding experience across various industries, including:
- **Personal branding**
- **Business branding**
- **Product photography**
- **Commercial/video inspiration**
- **Beauty, wellness, fashion, and interior industries**

3. **Social Media Engagement & Growth**
- Actively engage on social platforms to build and expand the audience.
- Follow and interact with Houston-based and Los Angeles-connected brands

4. **Email & Blog Management**
- Schedule weekly **branding consultation & brand intro emails**.
- Write and schedule **Brand Blog Post emails twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)**, featuring branding insights and brand icons (notable figures).

5. **Client & Community Outreach**
- Engage with past and potential clients to maintain strong brand relationships.
- Leverage outreach strategies to increase brand awareness among Houston’s top brands.
