We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy **Digital Content Creator** to develop engaging marketing materials for our real estate projects. You will be responsible for designing short video, editing marketing videos, creating brochures, and managing visual content for online platforms and making brochures.

Key Responsibilities:*

- Create and edit **short-form videos** for social media, listings, and marketing campaigns.
- Design **brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials** using Photoshop.
- Use **video editing software** to enhance and finalize real estate promotional content.
- Develop **engaging social media content** to showcase properties and company updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends to improve content strategy.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in **Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools**.
- Experience in **video editing and graphic design** for marketing purposes.
- Ability to create **engaging and eye-catching real estate content**.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of design.
- Experience in **real estate marketing** (preferred but not required).
