JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our Google PPC, retargeting, and Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing, implementing, and refining paid media strategies that drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and deliver measurable ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and continuous campaign improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Google PPC Management:

Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ad copy testing to improve performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and budget utilization.
Retargeting Campaigns:

Design and execute effective retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors across multiple channels.
Leverage data insights to refine audience segments and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with analytics teams to track user behavior and conversion metrics.

Facebook
Advertising:

Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative development, and budget management.
Utilize Facebook Business Manager to track ad performance, analyze data, and implement optimizations.
Experiment with various ad formats and messaging to determine best practices for engagement and conversion.
Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the digital marketing, creative, and content teams to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in digital advertising.
Present regular performance reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
