Digital Advertising Specialist - Meta & Paid Social Campaigns

We're seeking a talented and experienced Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to join our team and take our paid social advertising to the next level. You'll be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, driving significant traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets effectively and efficiently.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook/Meta advertising.
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (marketing, design, etc.) to ensure campaign success
- [Optional: Manage and optimize other paid channels, such as Google Ads and TikTok Ads (bonus)]

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns with significant budgets.
- Deep understanding of the Meta Ads Manager platform and its various features.
- Expertise in audience targeting, ad creative development, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and other paid social channels.
- Bonus: Meta Ads Certification

Salary

- Hourly rate: $7
- Part time and maybe full time
- Time Tracking: A time tracking system will be used to ensure accurate record of working hours.

Working Hours:

-This role will primarily operate within - Irish Standard Time (GMT+1 during Summer/Daylight Savings Time)
