About the Role
PMG360 is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to develop and execute high-impact advertising campaigns for our clients in Software/SaaS, Business Services, eCommerce, and Manufacturing/Warehouse/Distribution industries. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their business goals, craft data-driven ad strategies, and optimize digital advertising efforts to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Strategy Development
Meet with PMG360 customers to assess their business objectives, industry-specific challenges, and digital advertising needs.
Develop and present tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
Recommend appropriate ad platforms and campaign structures based on the client’s industry and target audience.
Campaign Execution & Management
Set up, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta
Implement audience targeting, retargeting, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and lead generation strategies specific to SaaS, B2B services, eCommerce, and industrial sectors.
Optimize campaign budgets, bid strategies, and ad creatives to maximize performance and ROI.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing attribution tools to measure ad effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve conversion rates.
Reporting & Client Communication
Provide clear, data-driven reports showcasing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Present findings and strategic adjustments to clients in Software/SaaS, Business Services, eCommerce, and Manufacturing/Warehouse/Distribution industries.
Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging and creative assets based on data-driven insights.
Industry Trends & Best Practices
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices relevant to B2B SaaS, eCommerce, and industrial marketing.
Identify opportunities for marketing automation, AI-driven advertising, and demand generation strategies.
Test and implement new digital ad formats and targeting approaches to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
Familiarity with B2B lead generation, SaaS marketing, eCommerce sales funnels, and industrial advertising strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and CRM integration for ad attribution.
Ability to analyze customer journeys, optimize ad spend, and improve CAC and LTV metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex advertising metrics to clients.
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
