Job Description:
We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of Google Ads to manage, optimize, and advise on all types of Google ad campaigns. If you're passionate about driving measurable results and have a knack for turning ad spend into client success, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:
-Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max.
-Budget Management: Strategically manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI, with a focus on efficiency and growth.
-Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance, providing detailed reports to clients that outline successes and areas for improvement.
-Client Communication: Directly engage with clients to discuss campaign performance, strategy, and participate in meetings as needed.
-Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance, including A/B testing, keyword research, and ad copy adjustments.
-Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure campaign strategies align with website optimizations and broader marketing efforts.
-Strategy Development: Advise clients on campaign types best suited to their goals, leveraging your expertise to tailor strategies for individual business needs.

Qualifications:
-Intermediate Experience: Proven track record in managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns with tangible results.
-Google Ads Expertise: Thorough understanding of all Google Ads campaign types and their applications.
-Analytical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
-Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination.
-Budget Management: Experience in managing and optimizing ad spend to maximize client ROI.
-Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively to achieve campaign goals.
-Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of SEO principles.
Experience with Meta Ads, including for FB and IG, though not mandatory.

Additionally, contractors can build a reputation within our company, which might lead to recommendations for other projects or even the transition to a part-time or full-time role if opportunities arise.
