We are looking for an experienced digital ads expert to join our fun team full-time.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients on paid social media advertising (Meta & TikTok). You will implement innovative advertising strategies to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and increase performance through meticulous content curation, audience targeting, data-driven optimisations & insights for reporting.

Responsibilities ????

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta & TikTok)
Target and optimise audiences to improve ad performance
Develop compelling ad creatives and copy
Monitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
Manage advertising budgets and track ROI
Communicate with clients, providing updates and recommendations
Ensure compliance with advertising policies and industry standards
Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable insights


Requirements ????

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital ads management across Meta & TikTok.
High attention to detail
Creative copywriting & proofreading
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A motivated person who is passionate about helping businesses grow
