About the Brand:

A Brooklyn-based lifestyle brand offering a curated collection of apparel, accessories, and home goods inspired by the creative spirit, vibrant energy, and cultural diversity of Brooklyn. We create high-quality, stylish, and authentic products that celebrate the borough’s essence.

Project Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Ad Specialist to develop, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok. This is a one-month contract with the opportunity for an extension based on performance. If the campaign drives revenue, we will continue working together to scale and optimize.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok
- Drive targeted traffic and conversions for our apparel eCommerce store
- Test and refine ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements:

- Proven experience running successful ad campaigns for apparel eCommerce brands
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROAS and conversion optimization
- Portfolio or case studies of previous successful campaigns required

Compensation:

- Paid contract for one month (or shorter depending on how the project goes)
- Opportunity to extend and earn more based on performance
