### Job Description:
We are looking for developer and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a **No-Code Conversational Developer**. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging conversational flows and prompts that drive our AI-powered interactions. Whether you're a no-code enthusiast or a coder looking to apply your skills in a dynamic and meaningful context, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our users' well-being.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize conversational flows using our no-code platform to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts to enhance the effectiveness of our AI-driven conversations.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align conversational design with user experience goals.
- Continuously iterate on prompts and flows based on feedback and data to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP to incorporate best practices into conversational design.

### Qualifications:
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical background or coding experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.

### Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools like Datadog, Slack, and Notion.
- Experience with no-code platforms and a strong interest in conversational design.
- Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI Playground.

### Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Israel time zone.
