We are a fast-growing digital marketing and development agency seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in CSS and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our ongoing development projects, both for our in-house initiatives and a diverse portfolio of core clients.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented developer who can contribute effectively to our projects using a range of modern technologies. You will work with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and Prismic CMS, particularly on our custom site builder application, helping to create high-performing, visually engaging web experiences.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Technical Lead to define the best architectural solutions based on project goals and chosen design routes.
Develop high-quality, responsive website pages from scratch.
Work closely with design and content teams to implement visually engaging page designs and banners.
Write clean, efficient code and follow best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest development trends and share insights with the team.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with colleagues across departments.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience
2-3 years of commercial experience in front-end development.
Strong understanding of CSS layout and modern responsive web design.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Next.js, React, HTML5, and CSS.
Experience working in a testing environment before public launch.
A keen eye for detail, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points for

Experience working with Prismic CMS.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end development.
Previous experience in eCommerce or marketing-driven web projects.
