JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are an MSP Provider based in Florida, and we are looking for a skilled DevOps & Technical Support professional to join our team. This role involves technical support, automating workflows, integrating tools using various technologies, and managing WordPress and WooCommerce configurations. The ideal candidate is a developer with expertise in AI Agent Configurations, capable of troubleshooting issues and proficient in automating workflows with various tools.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in answering technical support calls and resolving tickets as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve client’s concerns and issues
• Collaborate with the team to analyze, diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
• Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future troubleshooting

DevOps & Automation:
• Develop and implement automated workflows using tools such as PowerShell, APIs, Zapier, Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info, and Cipp.app
• Integrate various software applications to streamline business and IT processes.
• Create and maintain scripts to enhance system performance and efficiency.

AI Agent Configuration:
• Optimize AI workflows and troubleshoot issues related to AI configurations
• Configure and manage AI agents using VAPI.ai and other automation tools

WordPress & WooCommerce Development:
• Configure, integrate and maintain WordPress & WooCommerce
• Develop custom functionalities, plugins and API integrations
• Ensure the security and performance of the company website

Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell, APIs and automation tools
• Proven experience in IT support, DevOps and automation
• Proficiency in automating AI-driven agents
• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce Development
• Understanding of networking, cloud platforms and security best practices
• Skilled in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of database management and SQL queries
• Previous experience with customer support tools
(Nice to Have):
• Experience working with MSPs (Managed Service Providers)

Job Details:
• Location: Remote
• Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (8:00AM to 5:00PM EST)
