Dental insurance verification specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a remote dental insurance verification coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for mainly verifying PPO insurances by calling them, fax, online etc. with 100?curacy.


• Communicate with office staff if required information is missing on slack
- Ability to verify on a very short notice
• Enter this information accurately in OpenDental with 100?curacy

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental insurance verification
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in OpenDental required
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and phone service to call to insurance companies
• Committing long term employment with no side hustle while on-clock
• Excellent communication to onsite teaUpgrade to see actual infomber
• Ability to work based on US CST time zone.
