310 Nutrition is a leading e-commerce brand specializing in premium nutrition and skincare products. As we scale operations, we’re looking for a Demand Planning & Procurement Manager to take ownership of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier negotiations—ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

If you have strong analytical skills, procurement expertise, and experience with demand planning (preferably in an ERP like NetSuite), this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:
Forecast Demand Accurately – Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and promotions to optimize inventory levels.
Manage Inventory Efficiently – Oversee safety stock, reorder points, and inventory optimization to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Source & Negotiate with Suppliers – Build a pipeline of manufacturers and packaging suppliers across China, the U.S., and the U.K. to secure better pricing and contract terms.
Implement NetSuite for Supply Chain Operations – Work with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless demand planning and procurement integration.
Lead & Develop a Small Team – Manage an Assistant and Junior Specialist, delegating key tasks for efficient execution.
Track KPIs & Process Improvements – Monitor forecast accuracy, supplier performance, cost savings, and supply chain efficiency to drive business impact.

What We’re Looking For:
3-5+ years of experience in demand planning, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing cost savings and supplier agreements.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
Deep understanding of inventory optimization, forecasting methods, and procurement best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and finance teams.
Experience sourcing suppliers from China, the U.S., or the U.K. is a plus.
Familiarity with customs, logistics, and global trade regulations is an advantage.
