About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant at UTrust Biz Solution, you will play a pivotal role in attracting foreign businesses to expand or relocate to Singapore. Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them establish a successful presence in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Research and identify potential foreign businesses that align with the company's target market.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and opportunities in Singapore.
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract foreign businesses to Singapore.
Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign businesses and existing clients.
Client Acquisition:
Cold call proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Attend online meetings to qualify leads based on their potential fit and business needs.
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' business objectives and challenges.
Sales Presentations:
Develop compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of establishing a business in Singapore and/or the benefits of obtaining Singapore PR.
Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, addressing their concerns and questions.
Negotiate terms and conditions of business deals.
After-Sales Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the establishment process.
Assist with post-setup activities, such as obtaining licenses, permits, and work visas.
Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the Singapore business landscape and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience in international business development or trade promotion.
Knowledge of Singapore's immigration policies and procedures.
Familiarity with Singapore's tax and legal regulations.
Proficiency in using Google software
