Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Support Specialist to manage and maintain accurate data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information handled. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency with data entry software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing documents, reports, and records.
Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to support data-related projects.
Generate reports and summaries based on collected data as required.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
Adhere to data entry guidelines and standards for quality assurance.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems or other database management tools.
Familiarity with healthcare, finance, or other specialized industries.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
