Data Research Specialist - Work From Home (Hiring Multiple Candidates)

We're looking for detail-oriented data specialists to join our remote team. You will research property records, gather homeowner details, and organize data for our team. No cold calling—just data research.

Key Responsibilities:

Research county records for property owners with tax delinquencies, liens, or code violations
Cross-check ownership details and tax status on official county websites
Organize and clean data in Google Sheets
Skip-trace owner contact information using online tools
Maintain accurate records and update statuses daily
Submit end-of-day reports on data collected

Requirements:

1 year of data research or administrative experience (preferred, but not required)
Fluent English (written communication skills tested)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes
Reliable computer with multiple monitors and fast internet connection
Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
Ability to between the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday

Offer:

Starting rate: $3.00/hour, increasing to $4/hour after 30 days
