We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in real estate data extraction and data migration using Agent Box.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current data storage
- Develop and execute comprehensive data migration plans, ensuring timely and successful migrations.
- Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from the source to the target system.
- Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing before, during, and after migration to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure that any dependencies between systems are addressed to avoid disruptions during the migration process.
- Verify data accuracy post-migration and ensure data consistency between the source and target systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with data migration projects, preferably involving Agent Box CRM platform.
- Strong knowledge of data management
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
