We’re looking for an elite-level Data & Automation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building the systems that fuel our clients’ success. If you love creating automations, integrations, workflows and problem-solving, this is your dream job.

What You’ll Do (aka Your Superpowers)

*Automate like a boss – Build and refine Go High Level (GHL) workflows, funnels, and integrations to maximize efficiency.

*Push the boundaries – Research and implement AI and automation solutions to keep us ahead of the curve.

*Fix problems before they happen – Proactively monitor and troubleshoot dashboards, automations, and lead management systems to ensure maximum up-time and reliability.

* Be the data oracle – Spot trends, analyze performance, and deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions.

*Own your impact – Ensure all reports, automations, and processes are easily understood and support decision making.

*Turn raw data into gold – Set up and maintain high-impact dashboards and reporting tools that give instant insights into campaign performance.


What You Need to Crush It in This Role

*Expertise in dashboards & reporting – You’ve worked with Google Sheets, Consolidata, or similar reporting tools and can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

*Automation wizardry – You know Go High Level (GHL) like the back of your hand and can build workflows, lead management systems, and integrations with ease.

*A problem-solving brain – You can spot issues before they become problems and fix them fast.

*Tech-savviness & adaptability – You love learning new tools, testing new automation strategies, and implementing AI solutions to streamline operations.

*Detail-obsessed & deadline-driven – You never let errors slip through the cracks and always deliver on time.

* Strong collaboration & communication – You work well with marketing strategists, designers, and sales teams to keep everything running smoothly.
