Join a dynamic HOA Association Management company in the US as a Data Entry AP/AR Clerk. This is a virtual, entry-level position perfect for detail-oriented individuals with excellent organizational skills. If you're a self- starter who thrives with minimal supervision, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) data with precision and efficiency.
- Reconcile financial records and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Process and verify invoices, payments, and account adjustments.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding financial entries, discrepancies, and account status as needed
- Prepare regular reports and summaries of financial transactions.
- Maintain and organize digital records efficiently for easy access and compliance.
- Assist in identifying process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy in data entry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Technology or Financial Management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
- Experience with Vantaca software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and resilient, capable of working independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Amenable to working full time, 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday. US timezone.
