JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst who excels at interpreting advertising data, uncovering insights, and recommending strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This role will be pivotal in ensuring our marketing campaigns are efficient, scalable, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze performance data across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Work closely with media buyers to ensure budgets are allocated efficiently and based on actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing metrics, such as ROAS, cost per purchase (CPP), customer acquisition costs (CAC), and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing analysis for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to inform campaign decisions.
Provide strategic recommendations to reduce ad spend waste and improve campaign scalability.
Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate on ad content based on data findings.
Use predictive modeling and analytics to forecast campaign performance and guide future investments.
Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and platform changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
Requirements:

Strong background in data analysis with proven experience in marketing or advertising analytics.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Familiarity with advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPP, CTR, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising.
Familiarity with Shopify and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics is a strong advantage.
Understanding of audience segmentation and creative performance analysis.
