The successful candidate will analyze wallet activities, track holder trends, and provide actionable insights to support investment decisions. While prior experience in blockchain analysis is preferred, we are open to training candidates with strong data research skills.

### **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Blockchain and Wallet Analysis**:
- Use blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, Solscan, BSCScan) to monitor wallet activities.
- Track large wallet holders (whales) and categorize wallets by size (e.g., 1k, 3k, 5k, 10k+ token holders).
- Monitor wallet behavior for token accumulation, dumping, or other key activities.

2. **Data Reporting**:
- Create weekly reports detailing holder distributions, whale activities, and wallet trends.
- Provide visual data (charts, graphs) to highlight key findings.
- Deliver actionable insights for investment decision-making.

3. **Community Engagement Tracking**:
- Assess community sentiment by correlating wallet activities with engagement on Discord, Telegram, and social platforms.

4. **Early Adopter and Whale Retention**:
- Identify early adopter wallets and analyze their loyalty to specific tokens.
- Track how many whales are primarily focused on one project.

5. **Ongoing Learning and Contribution**:
- Stay updated on blockchain tools and trends.
- Collaborate with the team to improve tracking methodologies.

### **Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**:
- 1–2 years of experience in data research, analytics, or related fields.

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
