Data Analyst & Automation Specialist

Our team is looking for a highly focused, multi-talented individual with a passion for spreadsheets, automations, reporting, tracking, and data analytics. This self-motivated individual will report to senior management and will be responsible for tracking and reporting on all marketing & product campaigns.

Requirements For The Position

Responsibilities include:
- Curating data and results into consumable, easy-to-use, sheets, pages, and resources that are shared with internal team members to help guide company direction.
- Building, maintaining, and iterating on AI Powered automations to support data flow using tools like Zapier, Make, Lindy, etc. to connect to Google Sheets or other frontend visual data consumption tools.
- Track paid search and display campaigns for improved performance and ROAS
- Optimize new and existing company tracking and reporting systems
- Track advertising email & website content
- Analyze, track leads, trends, and make recommendations
- Maintaining a high level of responsibility for the integrity of data
- Clearly communicate with stakeholders and team members about data pipelines, data sources, and decisions.

Skills:
- Excellent with spreadsheet and functions
- AI Automations technician
- Experience with CRM - GoHighLevel/Keap/Infusionsoft
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixels, and other online data collection methods.
- Solid knowledge of Hyros, and Google Drive Applications
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills. Able to translate insight into new ideas and strategies and recommend changes for growth
- Demonstrate a high-level of responsibility for tasks and a results-driven work-ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable eye for detail and master proofreader
- Proactive self-starter that seizes opportunities and tackles projects head-on with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
- Willingness to perform other related duties as necessary or assigned, a true team-player

Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like SuperMetrics, Tableau, or auto-polling data sources.
- Proficient with ChatGPT and modern AI tools.

Experience:
· Have a minimum 3 years of online marketing experience and data analytics.
· You have hands-on experience with 7-figure online launches and marketing funnels including knowledge and experience with email marketing, list building, online sales, landing pages, PPC, conversion techniques and progressive up-selling.
