JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection and Cleaning

- Gather data from various sources, including event reports, influencer campaign metrics, social media platforms, and e-commerce sales reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by cleaning and organizing it for analysis.
- Create and maintain automated processes for regular data updates.

2. Data Analysis and Insights

- Analyze marketing performance across in-person events, influencer campaigns, TikTok Shop activities, and sales channels.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs, and sales performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in our marketing efforts.

3. Reporting and Visualization

- Build and maintain dashboards to track real-time performance of campaigns and sales.
- Present findings and recommendations to the marketing and leadership teams in clear, actionable formats.
- Develop regular reports summarizing performance across services and highlight areas for improvement.

4. Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing team to align data insights with business goals.
- Partner with campaign managers and sales teams to measure the success of specific initiatives and refine strategies.

5. Process Improvement

- Identify gaps in data collection and propose solutions to improve data tracking systems.
- Recommend tools or platforms that could enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce context.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Basic understanding of databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, or social media reporting tools.

Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
- Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- English speaking and comprehension

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience analyzing data for influencer marketing or social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and tools such as Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs and performance metrics specific to in-person events and digital campaigns.
