Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions and optimize payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:
Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets related to payroll operations.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting & Visualization:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Recommend enhancements to existing data collection methods and systems.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the payroll or financial services sector.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is a plus.
