The Data Analyst will work closely with our ecommerce team to analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize our product listings. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, ecommerce platforms, and a knack for turning complex data into clear, strategic actions.

Key Duties
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Collect and analyze sales data from various ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform product listing strategies.
Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the team.
Collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement data-driven changes to product listings.
Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and positioning.
Monitor and report on the performance of product listings, recommending optimizations.
Develop and automate reports to provide regular updates on sales performance.
Work with the marketing team to align data insights with promotional strategies.

The Requirements
Technical Expertise
A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Data Analytics or other related field.
A minimum of 1 year’s recent experience in similar position
OR
A minimum of 3 years recent experience in similar position
AND
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and understanding of SEO principles.

Working Hours
The role is based in the Philippines but services our global operations in the United Kingdom, United States, Denmark and Australia. Some flexibility and overlap with different time zones will be required.
