JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Data Administrator to curate and maintain a comprehensive dataset of health care establishments. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and skilled in data accuracy, cleansing, and structuring. You should be adept at independently researching relevant information, verifying data from multiple sources, and keeping records current.

Key Responsibilities

Data Curation & Maintenance: Collect, organize, and update information on health care establishments in our databases.

Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing regular data cleansing, verification, and validation.

Research & Analysis: Independently research new data sources, cross-reference existing records, and identify gaps or discrepancies in datasets.

Structuring & Organization: Manage data schema, table structures, and database relationships to maintain efficient and organized data storage.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, compliance) to ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational needs.

Reporting & Documentation: Develop clear documentation and reports on data activities, including updates, changes, and key findings.

Qualifications
----------------------------------------
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: Proven experience in data administration, data entry, or data management—preferably within healthcare or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, SQL databases). Familiarity with data cleansing and data modeling best practices. Prior experience working with database structuring tools is preferred.

Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent research abilities, with a proactive and self-sufficient mindset.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage deadlines effectively.
