LinkedIn Direct Message Setter (Remote)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated LinkedIn Direct Message Setter to join our team and help convert high-quality LinkedIn connections into meaningful conversations and booked calls. Working with B2B founders, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of businesses by generating qualified leads and establishing impactful relationships.

You’ll be engaging with prospects directly on LinkedIn, setting the stage for success by starting conversations that lead to booked calls, and ultimately driving new client acquisition. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of sales psychology and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do:
? Engage with Intent-Based Interactions: Monitor LinkedIn activity like new connections, profile views, likes, and comments to identify potential leads.
? Start and Maintain Conversations: Transition new connections into meaningful conversations, using a conversational, value-driven, and intentional tone.
? Add Value and Ask Questions: Understand prospects’ goals and position solutions that lead to a booked call.
? Follow-Up Effectively: Use a proven DM playbook to re-engage and maintain conversation flow.
? Update CRM: Keep your progress and conversations up to date in the CRM system.
? Achieve Key Metrics:
- Start 50 new conversations with Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) per week
- Book 4 calls per week
- Secure 2 new clients per month

Who You Are:
? Experienced in Sales and Direct Messaging – You have proven experience using direct messaging to generate conversations, preferably on LinkedIn.
? Proven ‘Setter’ Experience – Previous experience in a similar setting role is highly desirable.
? Strong Understanding of Sales Psychology – You know how to move conversations forward, build rapport, and create interest in solutions.
? Excellent Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – You connect with prospects authentically and know how to guide conversations with empathy.
? Hungry for Growth – You’re eager to learn, improve, and succeed in a high-performance team environment.

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Nimble CRM
- Possibly Kondo Messaging

Compensation Structure:
- Per Call Booked:
$50 per qualified call booked
- Commission for Securing Clients:
1st client: 25% of the first month’s client rate ($250–$1,550) for the first client secured in a month.
2nd client: 50% of the first month’s client rate ($500–$3,100) for the second client secured in a month.
- Earning Potential:
4 qualified calls booked per week = $800/month
2 new clients secured per month at max rate = $4,650/month
Total potential annual earnings: $67,000+
