DM Closer – Sell Real Estate Lead Packs via Facebook & Discord

We run a U.S.-based company that sells off-market probate property leads to real estate investors, wholesalers, and agents.

Responsibilities:
-Join Facebook groups and Upgrade to see actual info servers related to real estate investing
-Post curiosity-based messages (we provide the templates)
-Start conversations in DMs with potential buyers
-Share our sample lead pack and website link
-Track responses, leads, and activity in a Google Sheet

You do not need to cold call, build websites, or handle customer service.
This is a focused posting + messaging role — you’ll post, DM, and help drive direct sales of a product that’s already selling.

Requirements:
-Fluent written English (natural, professional tone)
-Comfortable using Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info
-Familiar with copy-paste posting + DM outreach
-Can follow a simple system and track activity in Google Sheets
-Available 4–6 hours per day during U.S. EST business hours
-Bonus if you’ve worked with real estate investors, lead gen, or wholesaling before

Compensation:
-$100/week base after initial onboarding
-$50 commission per $497 sale
-$100 commission per $797 sale
-$75–$125/month recurring for subscription clients
-Bonuses available for high-performing reps

During your first 7 days, we’ll guide you through our onboarding system — including exact templates, messaging strategy, and a tracker to log your work. As soon as we see consistent activity and engagement, weekly pay begins. You’ll also earn full commission on any sales you generate from day one.
