DM Appointment Setter

Position: Appointment Setter

Availability: Monday to Saturday, 9?PM – 5?AM (Manila Time)
Location: Remote
Commitment: 6 days a week
Responsibilities

Engage with leads on Instagram and Facebook using provided scripts.
Understand potential clients' fitness goals and challenges.
Schedule 4–5 qualified sales calls daily (20–25 weekly) with our sales team.
Manage leads using tools like Google Sheets or CRM systems.
Follow up with interested leads who haven't booked a call.
Report daily progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Fluent English: Exceptional written communication skills.
Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is a plus.
Emotional Intelligence: Ability to connect with people and understand their needs.
Proactivity: Confidence in initiating and sustaining conversations.
Results-Oriented: Goal-driven attitude to meet and exceed targets.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow scripts accurately.
Passion for Fitness: Interest in the fitness industry is a bonus.
