JOB OVERVIEW

Our brand is mainly selling on Bol.com, Praxis, Mediamarkt, Mirakl platform and our own webshops, customers are therefore visiting from the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.

The job is mainly answering emails via Mail, bol.com chat, mirakl chat and solving problems that our customers have, i.e. product related questions and tracking questions. Include the word blue in your apply so I can see you have attention to detail.

Make notice of the following points when applying:

- Make sure you understand the Dutch language fluently and can reply with an adequate response in the Dutch language. All customer questions should be answered within 24 hours, Sunday is off-day. If you would be willing to answer questions Saturday, that would be a bonus for me to pick you.
- Experience in handling customer service is a must.
- Be kind to our customers
- Think like a business (help save/make us money)

- Approximately 6-6 hours of work per day (35 hours/month). A lot is automated, orders arrive quick and without problems due to our excellent warehouse and questions do not occur that frequently due to the nature of our products and detailed product description. However, we do need someone to follow-up with the questions that may arise every now and then. The number of hours per week could scale up as we grow.
