Make notice of the following points when applying:
- Make sure you understand the Dutch language fluently and can reply with an adequate response in the Dutch language. All customer questions should be answered within 24 hours, Sunday is off-day. If you would be willing to answer questions Saturday, that would be a bonus for me to pick you.
- Experience in handling customer service is a must.
- Be kind to our customers
- Think like a business (help save/make us money)
- Approximately 6-6 hours of work per day (35 hours/month). A lot is automated, orders arrive quick and without problems due to our excellent warehouse and questions do not occur that frequently due to the nature of our products and detailed product description. However, we do need someone to follow-up with the questions that may arise every now and then. The number of hours per week could scale up as we grow.
