We are looking for a highly experienced Virtual Assistant / Backend Manager / Customer Support Specialist to support and optimize the backend operations of our growing e-commerce business.
If you have a strong background in dropshipping, know how to implement smart systems, and are obsessed with efficiency and customer satisfaction — we want you on our team.
???? Responsibilities
• Respond to customer
• Join a daily 1-hour call with the team to review and resolve order-related issues
• Monitor and check daily billing activity
• Help implement a ticketing/helpdesk system (e.g. Zendesk) that merges
• Build a system (e.g. ClickUp) to track:
• PayPal disputes
• Chargebacks
• Refunds
• Develop clear workflows and backend structures to streamline operations
• Collaborate with the team to improve existing systems and propose smarter ways of working
? Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dropshipping (big brands)
• Proven track record in backend management or customer support for e-commerce brands
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk, and ClickUp (or similar tools)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy and experienced in setting up systems from scratch
• Reliable internet connection and consistent daily availability

• Experience handling disputes, chargebacks, and refunds
• Familiar with automation tools and integrations
• Experience in building systems for multiple stores
