We are looking for a highly qualified, proactive individual who is passionate about customer experience and eCommerce. You will take ownership from day one, ensuring smooth operations in customer service while also contributing to product listing and ad creation.
Minimum Requirements:
? 3-5 years in Customer Service
? 1+ year working with Shopify
? 1+ year handling PayPal disputes & refunds
? Experience in the EU Market (especially German-speaking countries)
? Ability to track disputes, process refunds (full/partial), and manage payments
???? Payment: To be negotiated (weekly/monthly)
