We are looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant to handle inquiries for our growing fashion e-commerce dropshipping store. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow as our business expands. Starting with 10-20 hours/week, upwards to 30-40 hours/week depending on how much our business grows.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer
- Manage order tracking inquiries and provide customers with updates on delivery status.
- Handle returns and refunds based on clear SOPs.
- Escalate complex issues to management if needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify (required).
- Experience with customer support in e-commerce.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with translation tools (e.g., Google Translate, DeepL) is a plus.
- Experience with fashion dropshipping is a plus.
