We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and chat support, maintaining professional and empathetic customer interactions.
- Proactively contact customers with delivery issues (e.g., "pickup needed from post office") as escalated from above
- Assist with routine customer inquiries, forwarding complex cases to our Team Leader as needed.
Requirements
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or virtual assistant role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce order management, Shopify, and Zendesk
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
- Comfortable using
