JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule & Pay

- Work days: Wednesday to Sunday (5 days a week)
- Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM (8 hours a day)
- Salary: $3 per hour

Key Requirements

- Must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday.
- Always available to respond to the boss’s messages, even on off days.
- Comfortable with a salary of $3/hour.
- Have 0 other jobs or major obligations (like cooking for a large family or taking care of kids).
- Fully committed to this position.
- Must have experience doing customer support in shopify stores.
- Must speak perfect English.
- No noisy background during calls (must have a clear, calm background and good Wi-Fi for video calls).

Responsibility: Answer email inquiries and complaints for our ecommerce store customers.
