E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist (Remote - Full-Time)

Location: Remote (CST Business Hours)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company shipping over 3,000 orders per month with a small but dedicated team. We provide high-quality research compounds while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is not just about answering emails. We need someone who is competent, adaptable, and capable of making real decisions. You must be able to problem-solve independently, learn quickly, and communicate professionally. Strong customer service skills, technical ability, and empathy are essential.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide exceptional customer support through email, handling a high volume of inquiries
-Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and shipping
-Process and verify manual payments including Zelle, Cash App, and Bitcoin
-Troubleshoot customer issues with transactions, website navigation, and order processing
-Make judgment calls and decisions to resolve customer concerns effectively
-Communicate with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience

-What We Are Looking For-

-Excellent written communication skills with proper grammar and professional tone
-Customer service experience, e-commerce preferred but not required
-Technical problem-solving ability, helping customers navigate website and payment issues
-Empathy and kindness when handling customer concerns
-Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
-Strong decision-making skills, able to assess situations and respond appropriately
-Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision

-Preferred but not required-
-Familiarity with WooCommerce or e-commerce platforms is a plus but not a strict requirement
