We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team full-time. In this role, you will provide top-tier support to our customers, collaborate directly with the manager to enhance systems, and ensure the highest level of service. You will be an integral part of our team, working exclusively for us and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via Zendesk and other tools, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the manager to review and improve support systems, processes, and workflows.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate in weekly meetings with the manager to provide updates, share insights, and discuss strategies for optimization.
Uphold our brand’s values in every interaction, ensuring a consistent and professional tone.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support for e-commerce brands.
Proficiency in using Zendesk for customer service operations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Available to work 9 AM - 4 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
