— THE ROLE —
This full-time role focuses on supporting our customers via
- Responding to customer inquiries through
- Assisting with social media moderation
- Managing order updates and tracking information for customers.
- Performing data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

— QUALIFICATIONS —
- Customer support experience
- Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Fast typing speed & computer skills
- Experience with data entry on Google Suite, Excel, etc.
- Experience with social media for moderation
- Full-time availability (able to work minimum 40 hours/week)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools and systems
