I am looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, handling order cancellations, and responding to common questions while also being able to adapt to unique customer situations. You will be managing two or more email accounts, each corresponding to a different Shopify store, ensuring that all customer communications are handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in customer support, excellent written and spoken English skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of organization. A stable internet connection and a reliable computer are required.
