JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to start today and handle customer inquiries, tracking updates, refunds, and disputes for our eCommerce store. This is a long-term role, and we need someone reliable who wants to grow with us.

Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet All)

- Shopify & Dropshipping Experience – Strong knowledge of Shopify’s customer service functions and handling refund requests.
- Zendesk & Gmail Expertise – Familiarity with Zendesk (or similar) and Gmail.
- EU/UK Market Experience – Understanding of customer expectations in these regions.
- Basic AI Tool Knowledge – Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar tools.
- Positive Attitude & Attention to Detail – Professional, solution-focused, and meticulous.


- Fashion eCommerce Experience (Big Plus)
