JOB OVERVIEW

Join our fast-paced online services company as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for users who need technical and account assistance. Responsibilities

- Rapid Response: Monitor incoming support requests (via text chat, email, and voice calls) and respond within 1 minute.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve account, billing, and basic technical issues.
- Clear Communication: Read and understand customer messages quickly; convey solutions in a concise, friendly manner.
- Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex problems to senior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers or specialized departments.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, noting solutions for future reference.
- Social Media Support: Leverage social media platforms to address customer inquiries and maintain a positive brand image.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to FAQs or knowledge base updates, sharing insights with the team to enhance support quality.

Requirements

- 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a tech-focused or online environment.
- Fluent in English—strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly read, assess, and address customer concerns with minimal downtime.
- Multitasking: Comfortable juggling multiple chats/calls and prioritizing inquiries.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with key social media platforms and how to use them for customer engagement.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience handling common online tools and platforms.
- Work Equipment: A reliable, up-to-date computer with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for real-time chat and voice calls.
