We’re looking for a proactive, strategic leader to manage 4 customer service VAs for our Shopify dropshipping store. The ideal candidate has experience in dropshipping customer service and knows how to optimize workflows, resolve disputes, and improve team efficiency while keeping morale high.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee daily customer support operations & ensure timely responses
? Optimize workflows & assign tasks based on team strengths if needed
? Identify & implement efficiency improvements to reduce response time & escalations
? Guide team in handling dropshipping-specific challenges (order delays, tracking issues, chargebacks, etc.)
? Train & provide constructive feedback to improve team performance
? Monitor performance metrics & report key insights to leadership
Ideal Candidate:
? 1 to 2+ years experience managing a Shopify customer service team (preferably in dropshipping)
? Understands the customer pain points in dropshipping (delayed shipping, refund requests, supplier miscommunication)
? Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, & team leadership
? Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills to reduce disputes & improve CS efficiency
? Familiar with Shopify, and Freshkdesk, Clickup or similar helpdesk tools
? Proactive, data-driven, and able to delegate tasks efficiently
